As you can see we modified IFH system, installed pumps for each container, installed micron filters for each, color coded and written labels matching its sister, installed manual filter indicators on each filter, have electric pumps for high viscosity, installed dipharm pumps for lighter oil specifylly design to pump oil, got rid of hose clamps installed hoses compatible to our oil and used swaglock barb fittings that need no clamps. ( Always check gmp, psi's of pumps before using this )

Work practices on bulletin board, explosion proof lights and plugs, climate controlled to 68 degrees, floor was sealed twice before painting , hoses are arranged so we can pump out of tanks with either the cart pumps or the pumps mounted on IFH unit by just switching some hoses with disconnects and never have cross contamination of oil. Oil safe containers each has colored tag and storage space is color marked to match tank container.

The room has a security camera that can be seen from offices . Only those with lube training have a security card to slide in unlock system to enter room. Standirized everything to 3/4 hose and also 3/4 quick disconnect . Many other things I'am leaving out but we are pretty proud of our oil room and have put a lot planning and work into it to try and become World Class lube organization.
