Showcase Your Lube Room

Recognizing the need to improve our Lubricant storage and dispensing,
we implemented some contamination controls. Previously, oil was
unfiltered and dispensed at 22/20/16, before the transfer container.
As the attached picture indicates, transfer containers added to
the problem. Dispense filtration and improved transfer containers
were implemented for our most used oil.
Implementation is brand new, so no "after" information
available yet, but we anticipate significant improvement. See
attached pictures. Training for all Mechanics is another key component
of improving our Lubrication Program effectiveness.
