Are You Testing Your Oil Onsite?

was able to add an oil testing lab to the PPM group last year.

We are testing new oil deliveries and used oil samples
on scheduled route. Our Oil Lab is a CSI 5200 that compares new
reference oil to used oil sample and we are able to determine
the oil chemistry, wear and contamination with a few tests.

This is a picture of our filter cutter. Opening
up a filter that has been on new oil transfer pumps is a real
eye opener.
